The basics
What is Perpetual Beverages?
Perpetual Beverages is a San Diego draft beverage service for offices and homes. It delivers kegs of local cold brew, kombucha, probiotic soda and craft beer from Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, AleSmith Brewing, Steady State Roasting, California Roasting Collective and The Superfood Company, then installs, cleans and monitors the taps. Founded by Alisa Ray and Peter Schram, it opened in July 2026 and is women-owned.
How does it work?
You order kegs online from Perpetual Beverages and pick a two-hour delivery window. Perpetual installs the kegerator and taps. Smart sensors under each keg report what's left, and with the Never Run Out add-on, Perpetual schedules the next delivery before you run dry. Every two weeks the tap towers are swapped for clean ones and deep-cleaned off-site, so nobody at your office cleans anything.

Perpetual Beverages can do a first install in San Diego as soon as the next day. Deliveries run Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am to 4pm, in a two-hour window you choose when you order.

How much does office coffee service cost in San Diego?
Cold brew on tap from Perpetual Beverages typically costs about $1.75 per 8-oz cup. Current office customers, on average, pay $1.71 per cup, and larger offices pay less. Pod and drip services can cost less per cup but serve commodity coffee. Delivery, installation, line cleaning and smart monitoring are included. What does a month of office draft cost?
A typical Perpetual Beverages month for a San Diego office is 4 kegs plus one month of Club membership: two Superfood nitro cold brews and two kombuchas at $135 each, or 332 8-oz cups.

What plans do you offer?
Perpetual Beverages has three plans for San Diego offices and homes:
- The Club: recurring, full-service draft. Membership is $30/month with your own keg fridge, or $85/month with one included. Install, cleaning and hardware included.
- The Drop: kegs only, no membership, for people who already have a tap. Refundable keg deposit.
- The Occasion: one or two kegs on one kegerator for your event, 7 days included, $120 for delivery, setup and pickup.
Delivery is free on two-keg orders.
How much is a keg?
At Perpetual Beverages, cold brew kegs run $135 to $215 and kombucha and probiotic soda kegs are $135. Each holds 5.2 gallons, or 83 8-oz cups. Craft beer kegs are $150 to $168 for 55 12-oz pours. Sales tax is added at checkout.
Is there a contract?
Perpetual Beverages' Club plan is a recurring membership with a 3-month minimum. The Drop has no membership and works short or long term, and The Occasion lasts up to two weeks. All pricing is posted online, so there's no sales call.
What's included, and what costs extra?
On the Club, Perpetual Beverages includes delivery on two-keg orders, installation, hardware, tap handles and deep cleaning every two weeks. Never Run Out, which uses smart sensors to schedule refills automatically, is an optional $5/month add-on. You pay for the kegs you drink.

Perpetual Beverages puts local craft beer, nitro cold brew and kombucha on tap at San Diego office holiday parties through its Occasion plan. A flat $120 covers delivery, setup and pickup, and you add one or two kegs (AleSmith beer $150 to $168, kombucha $135 each). How much beer do I need for an office party?
A common rule of thumb is one drink per guest per hour, fewer if many guests skip alcohol. A beer keg from Perpetual Beverages pours 55 12-oz beers; a kombucha or cold brew keg pours 83 8-oz glasses. AleSmith beers like .394 Pale Ale, Speedway Stout and Party Tricks IPA run $150 to $168 per keg (55 12-oz pours), with free delivery on two kegs and a two-hour window you choose. Alcohol products are sold by a licensed California ABC retailer and delivered only to persons 21 years of age or older.
Can I rent a kegerator in San Diego?
Yes. Perpetual Beverages supplies, installs and maintains kegerators for San Diego offices and homes. On the Club plan, membership with a kegerator included is $85/month, or $30/month if you have your own keg fridge. For a one-time event, the Occasion plan brings a tap for up to 7 days for $120. Equipment and service
What do we need in our office for a draft system?
A Perpetual Beverages draft system needs just a 2 ft by 2 ft floor space and a standard 110V outlet. Perpetual brings the kegerator (or uses your keg fridge), kegs, gas, taps and tap handles, and installs everything in San Diego offices and homes.
What happens if we run out?
With Perpetual Beverages, you shouldn't. Each keg sits on a smart sensor that shows how much is left, like "22 glasses left, about 4 days." Add Never Run Out for $5/month and Perpetual schedules the next delivery automatically before the tap runs dry. You can also order anytime online.
How often should draft lines be cleaned?
The Brewers Association recommends cleaning draft lines every two weeks; dirty lines cause off-flavors and foamy pours. Perpetual Beverages handles this for San Diego customers by swapping your tap tower for a clean one and deep-cleaning it at its own facility. No chemicals or downtime at your office, and it's included in Club membership.
How is Perpetual different from a keg distributor or office coffee service?
Perpetual Beverages differs in four ways: online ordering with posted prices instead of quotes, two-hour delivery windows you pick, smart keg sensors that track every tap, and tap towers cleaned off-site every two weeks.
